47. Roadsign Making

At regular intervals a new education idea would be promulgated from on high (Konedobu) or an old one given special emphasis- cultural activities, Dienes' New Maths, agriculture, community activities or whatever. When the last one became flavour of the month we added to what we already did for the town community (but which was not very obvious - e.g. town clean-ups), by making village and road signs, which many people appreciated.
