Insights, Experiences and Reminiscences

One of the primary objects of the Papua New Guinea Association of Australia is the preservation of documents and historical material related to Papua New Guinea. In pursuing this objective, the Association encourages members to contribute their insights, experiences and reminiscences of their life, work and play. These have been, and will continue to be, recorded in the Association's quarterly Journal, Una Voce. As such they form a body of work that cannot be found in history books nor formal Government reports; all are indicative of a deep and abiding love of the country and its people.

These articles have been selected from past issues of the Journal. Where possible, the permission of the author has been obtained prior to placing their contribution on the world wide web. The companion to this is of course the book 'Tales of Papua New Guinea' that was released by the Association in December 2001. These articles can be accessed by Author, or by Title grouped under a broad classification heading.
