Naming your photo files :
When you have scanned your slide/photo, save your photo file with a descriptive name.
eg : District_Commissioners_Conference_May_1956.jpg - NOT Photo1032.jpg
(note : Spaces replaced with underscores and in jpg file format)

If you have scanned your pictures and the file size is too big - you can process the whole batch
